“PRE-SEASON MATCH: NO NEED TO WORRY?”

PNBP proved yesterday in pre-season match that the team has what it takes to win the trophy. Regardless of the last match result, the last two pre-season match confirmed that racing the title will be harder than last year. Referring to the last match, I thought there are three things that manager should be concerned about.

First, the other teams have improved significantly on team work and individual skill since the last pre-season match. A2 Team have played game very well yesterday, at 20 minutes first, they have controlled the game and put pressure on PNBP team, though, PNBP team can beat them by 9-5. At previous match, even, HPP Team can defeat PNBP by score 7-6. It is a warning to PNBP team.

Secondly, there is a lack of capacity between first and second PNBP team. It is disappointing that the issue has been there since last year. Eventhough, it is a common problem at the other teams, but the lack have to minimalized. It is a manager’s home work that he should to be done by shortly.

And finally, it is sorry to say that the impact of weekly training was almost unseen. A solid team work is a minimal achievement that team has to get as a result of regular training. Referring to the last match, A2 team look more comfort to play as a team than PNBP team.

At the end, nobody perfect. Everyone would be upset to take on defeat. But, I would be happier to watch PNBP defeated at pre-season than at the competition. Hopefully, manager and the team gracefully would be consider those inputs and PNBP team will be winning the trophy.
